Another good tool for networking for a new position is to attend NAPM-SFV Dinner Meetings. We often have members looking for talented purchasing and supply chain professionals. We normally offer "Have a Job, Need a Job" at each meeting during which attendees can announce job openings that they seek to fill, and attendees seeking a job can indicate the role they are looking for.
