I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire leadership team of NAPM―San Fernando Valley for participating in the 2009 Affiliate Excellence Award Program. You’ll be pleased to know NAPM―San Fernando Valley met almost all of the core competencies for the 2009 Affiliate Excellence Award.
Throughout 2009 significant membership recruitment and retention challenges were an issue for the entire organization. For 2009 only, the membership growth requirement for an ISM Affiliate Excellence Award has been waived, making NAPM―San Fernando Valley eligible for a 2009 Affiliate Excellence Award. Congratulations!
NAPM―San Fernando Valley will be presented its award at the 2010 Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast at the 95th Annual International Supply Management Conference and Educational Exhibit in San Diego on April 26 at 7:30 a.m. Please let me know how many people from your leadership team will be attending this special event by April 1 so I can have seating reserved up front.
The Affiliate of the Year met all the core competencies and has been notified and will be officially announced at the 95th Annual International Supply Management Conference and Educational Exhibit.
We hope your affiliate finds this information helpful. It’s not too early to begin working toward earning this award for 2010. The nomination form for the 2010 Affiliate Excellence Awards will be available on the ISM Web site in April. To download the form, go to www.ism.ws, Members Only, Affiliate Resources, Affiliate Support, ISM Award Programs and then ISM Affiliate Excellence Award.
Attached is the 2009 Affiliate Excellence logo that your affiliate can use on your web site, newsletters or other publications.
